1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as your name, email address, and payment information when you create an account or subscribe to Well-Intel. We also collect usage data including pages visited, features used, and time spent on the platform.
If you connect an AI assistant, we record each call it makes: account, time, tool, rows returned, duration, outcome, sign-in method and plan, and keep these records for 90 days. For the account, we also record when it first used an assistant, whether it was created through one, and when it first subscribed, for as long as the account exists. We use the search details the assistant sends to answer it, and don’t keep them.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send you important account notifications, and communicate updates about Well-Intel. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
When you connect an AI assistant, your questions and the permit data we return pass through that assistant’s provider (for example Anthropic or OpenAI) under its own privacy policy.
3. Payment Information
All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Well-Intel does not store your credit card numbers or banking information. Please review Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for information on how they handle your payment data.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. Your account is protected by Clerk authentication, which uses secure, encrypted connections for all data transmission.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, we will retain your data for 90 days before deletion, unless you request immediate deletion.
